Calgary Rams Rugby Club

Welcome to the Calgary Rams Rugby Club Website.

Founded in 1959, the Rams celebrated our 50th Anniversary in 2009 and are one of the oldest clubs in Calgary. Over the years the club has been just as well known for its parties and social activities off the field as the rugby they play on it. Whether you are looking to play some serious rugby, or just come out and enjoy a few beers with a bunch of like-minded rugby folk, the club will welcome you into the family.

On the field in 2012, we will run a competitive men's and women's program, as well as a development team for senior men (Division 3). Last year we launched an Under 19 boy's team and hope to build on our success from last season.

Currently we have over 100 active members registered with the club and as one of the eldest rugby clubs in Calgary, have a large alumni list that now spans the length of the globe.

We have boasted a number of representative honours within the club over the years, most notably two players representing Western Canada in recent seasons.
